🌼 Unknowingly Experiencing Brahmananda – The Hidden Bliss in Everyday Life

Human beings constantly search for happiness — through wealth, relationships, music, knowledge, or success.
But the Guru reveals a profound secret:
“You experience Brahmananda every day — without even knowing it.”

🌷 1️⃣ The Moment of Love

When two lovers meet after a long separation,
the moment they embrace, the whole world disappears.
There is no “I” or “you” — only a feeling of pure existence.
That moment of stillness, when the mind ceases,
is a glimpse of Brahmananda — the bliss of the Self.

🌷 2️⃣ The Mother and Child’s Embrace

When a mother hugs her child after months apart,
she forgets everything — time, place, even herself.
That forgetting is nothing but the stillness of the mind.
When the mind is silent, what remains is pure Consciousness — Atmananda — the bliss of the Self.

🌷 3️⃣ Absorption in Music or Art

Listening deeply to beautiful music,
the listener loses the sense of “I.”
For a few moments, only the music exists.
This is also Brahmananda in disguise —
because the mind momentarily dissolves, and what remains is Consciousness itself.

🌷 4️⃣ Joy of Unexpected Success

When someone suddenly receives good news —
like winning a case or gaining something they thought was lost —
for a few seconds, the mind becomes blank with astonishment.
In that stillness, there are no thoughts —
only joy, peace, and silence.
That too is a spark of Brahmananda.

🌷 5️⃣ Bliss in Deep Sleep

In deep sleep there is no mind, no thoughts, no world —
and yet, when we wake up, we say,
“I slept so peacefully.”
That peace is the natural reflection of Brahmananda —
the bliss that exists even when everything else disappears.

As the Upanishad declares:

> “Yo vai bhuma tat sukham” —
“That which is infinite alone is true happiness.”

☁️ 6️⃣ Intoxication — A False Shadow of Bliss

Some people seek relief through drugs, alcohol, or smoking.
For a short while, they forget their pain and feel relaxed.
It may seem like peace, but it is not Brahmananda.
It is only the mind sinking into ignorance — not dissolving in awareness.

In meditation, the mind merges into light and awareness.
In intoxication, the mind sinks into darkness and dullness.

> 🕯️ Meditation brings rest in light.
🌑 Intoxication brings stupor in darkness.

The so-called happiness of intoxication is temporary —
and the result is the destruction of health, the nervous system, and mental clarity.
It numbs the mind for a while,
but slowly kills the body and consciousness.

True intoxication is the ecstasy of meditation,
which silences the mind without harming it,
and awakens divine awareness. 🌺

🕉️ Essence

In moments of love, music, sleep, or meditation —
whenever the mind becomes still —
we touch Brahmananda unknowingly.
Intoxication may imitate that silence for a moment,
but it damages both body and awareness.

True bliss does not come from dullness or forgetfulness —
it arises from inner silence and clarity.

🌸 Conclusion

Brahmananda is not something to be attained —
it is already within us.
Drugs and alcohol merely suppress the mind;
but love, knowledge, and meditation purify it.
And only in that purified, silent mind
does the Self — the eternal source of bliss — reveal itself. 🌿
