🕉️ Children Are Divine Beings — An Advaitic Vision 🌼

(Children as the Manifestation of the Divine Consciousness)

1️⃣ Ego-Free State — Pure Consciousness

A child has not yet developed the sense of “I” or “mine.”

Before the ego arises, the child naturally abides in a state of pure witnessing (Shuddha Sakshi).

This is what Advaita Vedanta calls the Atma-sthiti — the very state of the Supreme Self (Paramatma).

> “Nirahankāratayā śāntaḥ” — Bhagavad Gita

(He who is free from ego alone attains true peace.)

2️⃣ Natural Joy — The Bliss of the Self

The happiness of a child is not derived from objects.

They laugh, play, and glow with joy for no reason at all.

That spontaneous joy is not emotional — it is Atmananda, the bliss of their true Self, the Sat-Chit-Ananda nature shining through.

> “Ānando brahmeti vyajānāt” — Taittiriya Upanishad

(The sages realized that Bliss itself is Brahman.)

3️⃣ Absence of Duality — The State of Oneness

A child does not perceive division — “this is me, that is someone else.”

To them, everyone is their own.

This natural inclusiveness is the living expression of Advaita — the Non-dual Awareness.

> “Ātmāivedam sarvam” — Chandogya Upanishad

(All this is truly the Self.)

4️⃣ The Divine Spark Within Children

The pure light in their eyes is the Inner Flame of Consciousness (Antar Jyoti).

The innocence in their smile is the direct radiance of Sat-Chit-Ananda.

Their ego-free presence is the reflection of Self-knowledge in its natural form.

> “Yasya nāhaṅkāro bhavati, sa eva daivaḥ.”

(He who is without ego — he alone is Divine.)

🌺 Summary

Children are reflections of the Supreme Reality.

They are untouched by ego, untainted by duality, and filled with inherent bliss.

That is why the sages and saints declare —

> “A child’s smile is as pure as the vision of the Divine.” 🌸

🪔 Advaitic Insight

> The divine consciousness that shines in a child

is the same light that shines in you.

When you realize this —

there are not three: the child, God, and you —

There is only One. 🕉️
